In the process of finishing the interior of an outbuilding I decided to hire a contractor. The problem these days is finding someone who has the time and who is also qualified. Jim came over to my home and I described what I wanted to have done.
He gave me an estimate that was very fair and came up with ideas that were much better than my original plan.

I just took Jim up on the dryer vent cleaning special. I was INCREDIBLY impressed! I was thrilled that he showed up at my house wearing a mask. I've had other technicians balk at my request, but it's a requirement in my house, so that was great!
He did such a great job, for a fair price, that I signed up for his Small Jobs Club. I have a list of projects just slightly too big to do myself, but perfect for him. Joining the "club" gets you a credit on future jobs. I will have Jim do them over time so it's affordable.
