Alex and I used to pretty serious RV enthusiasts. Well to tell the whole story, I was a pretty serious backpacker––and I liked sleeping under the stars. I didn't even like tents.
When Alex first wanted to go camping, we started with a tent. A couple of years later, it was a pop-up camper and then a travel trailer. We had a blast!
Eventually we sold the trailer as we were going to move up to a motorhome. Things got busy and we still haven't gotten around to that yet. Soon!
But this summer with the COVID shutdown and a bad case of cabin fever, we figured we'd try something interesting for a few trips. Fortunately, we life in Northern New England, which is one of the best places in the country for summer outdoor adventure.
Alex found a tent from the Napier company––that fits on the back of a mini-van or SUV! And, we've got a mini-van. So it was off to the woods. Here's the rest of the story…
